It is with great pleasure that we present the 4th Pan-European Interactive Course in Advanced Breast Plastic Surgery – Masterclass in Breast Aesthetics and Technical Innovations, which will take place in Palermo on October 23–24, 2026, at the Hotel Splendid La Torre, in the beautiful setting of the Gulf of Mondello.

Following the success of the past editions, which attracted many colleagues from Italy and abroad with an ever-growing interest in the interactive approach of the course, this new edition will focus on surgical innovations and emerging techniques in aesthetic breast surgery.

New techniques, basic knowledge of plastic reconstructive principles, evolution of devices, and the integration of advanced digital and imaging tools are redefining the boundaries of breast aesthetic surgery. Deep comprehension of surgical anatomy, personalized planning, and close attention to patient care and safety remain the cornerstones for achieving balanced and long-lasting results.

Organized over two days of in-depth sessions and including live surgery, the program of this 4th Palermo Breast will offer extensive opportunities for close interaction with international experts, interactive discussions, and real-case analyses. The goal is to provide participants with a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of the most modern trends in breast surgery within a dynamic, high-level educational environment.

As in the past, the course is organized by AICPE, with the endorsement of ANISC, ESAPS, ISAPS and SICPRE, under the patronage of the University of Palermo, the Foundation Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori of Milano, and the Sicilian Regional Government.
